Carbon dioxide shielded welding and Argon arc welding

- Jun 30, 2020-

Carbon dioxide shielded welding uses carbon dioxide as the protective gas, which is melted by the welding wire, with high productivity, low welding cost, and wide gas source. Low energy consumption, wide range of application, can be applied to all-position welding, good anti-rust ability of welding seam, large welding spatter, suitable for welding carbon steel and low alloy steel.

Argon arc welding uses argon gas as the protective gas and is isolated from the air. Argon gas itself does not melt into the metal. It can weld easily oxidized metals and active metals. The arc is stable, and the small current arc can still burn. It is suitable for welding thin plates. The welding wire does not pass current and has no splash.
